InnoHikes are designed to teach young people about innovation and career opportunities in a fun way
The digital-analog scavenger hunt “InnoHikes” has established itself as an innovative format to bring universities, research institutions and companies from the Nuremberg metropolitan region closer to young people with an affinity for technology in a fun way.
Now we are entering the next level! The InnoHikes are being revised and further developed with the aim of strengthening regional employer orientation and career orientation among STEM students and skilled workers looking to change careers.

The app will be technically optimized to ensure improved user-friendliness for long-term player motivation. The partner network of companies, universities and business development agencies will be expanded, while target group-specific marketing through digital and analog campaigns will increase the reach.
The further development of InnoHikes | Next Level is being funded with €300,000 by the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance and Regional Identity and implemented by the metropolitan region office.
